Destinie Belton-Hills

Destinie Belton-Hills is the Office Coordinator for United Way of PA and PA 211. She is an experienced administrator with 14 years of experience in different industries including healthcare, education, athletics, and non-profit. She has worked directly with business executives as well as supervising/coaching a staff of 15+ volunteers/employees and approx. 100 athletes. She is an expert in supporting management and enhancing operational flows. She began her career with United Way of PA in July 2024.

Before coming to United Way of PA and PA 211 she began volunteering with PSFCA Big 33, a non-profit organization in 2011 after cheering for team PA in 2010. She began coaching the cheer-abilities athletes for 4 years before transitioning to coaching the cheerleaders. In May of 2022 she became the Cheer Coordinator and Head Cheer Coach where she enjoys the administrative side alongside the coaching opportunity with the organization. In 2024 she successfully expanded the cheer program by adding another opportunity for athletes to take part in the PSFCA East/West game as well as increasing registration for their yearly camp. Destinie has a passion to help others, give back to the community, as well as planning and executing events.

When Destinie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her two little boys, and friends. She continues to coach cheerleading and is currently the Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Milton Hershey School – Senior Division.
