PA 211 Funding Request for 2025-2026 is now LIVE on our website

Our 2025-2026 PA 211 Funding Request is now available to view on our website. You can view our full funding request here. The request goes into detail about the program, its funding streams, and organizational design, as well as makes the case for why PA 211 should be increased from the current level of $750,000 to $2.5 million.  Additional state investment in PA 211 will allow the program to improve its internal infrastructure and continue providing critical support to residents across the Commonwealth.

  • Enhanced Accessibility & Reach: In 2024 alone, PA 211 helped almost 1.9 million Pennsylvanians connect toessential services, including housing, food assistance, and mental health support. Increasing funding for PA 211 will allow the program to continue providing critical services to residents across the state, particularly in rural areas across Pennsylvania.
  • Support for Emergency Response Efforts: PA 211 plays a critical role in managing disaster and crisis situations, helping to coordinate and provide timely resources. In 2024 alone, PA 211 was mobilized five times by state and local authorities to help communities recover from flooding, tornados, snowstorms, and other impacts. Additional funding will strengthen its capacity to respond to the increasing frequency of natural disasters and statewide emergencies.
  • Improved Data Collection & Reporting: Increased funding will allow for enhanced data collection and analysis, enabling PA 211 to better identify emerging needs and trends. This will help inform state and local policy decisionmakers address gaps in services and resources.

This increased investment for PA 211 will be better equipped to connect individuals and families to critical resources during times of need. We encourage you to read through the request and take action by joining us in advocating for this important funding boost. Together, we can ensure that PA 211 remains a vital lifeline for those who rely on it most.
