COVID-19 Vaccination for Homebound Individuals
Individuals in PA who cannot leave their homes may be eligible to receive at-home COVID-19 vaccinations. If an individual meets the CDC guidelines for being homebound, and gets a referral to the vaccine provider from either their local Area Agency on Aging or managed care organization, they are able to request an in-home vaccination.
