Happy Juneteenth!
On this day in 1865 the last enslaved Black people were set free. Juneteenth is a day of celebration for Black communities all across America. It is a day for recognition of our American history and a day for all people to take time to reflect, acknowledge, and educate.
United Way of Pennsylvania has gathered antiracist resources and information about race equity and Juneteenth available at: www.uwp.org/racial-equity-resources/
